Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers


  • Welcomes visitors in person or on the telephone
    Ø Directs visitors
    Ø Take and relay messages
    Ø Provide information to callers
    Ø Answers phone
    Ø Greets visitors
    Ø Orders supplies
    Ø Provide general administrative and clerical support
    Ø Contributes to team effort
  • Ø Assist with branch marketing efforts
    Ø Assist Branch Manager, as needed



  • Verbal and written skills
    Ø Ability to hear and communicate through the telephone
    Ø Keyboard skills
    Ø Knowledge of customer service principles
    Ø Reliability
    Ø Stress tolerance



High School diploma or equivalent

While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to effectively communicate verbally. The employee must be able to effectively operate a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds. Vision abilities is required by this job include close vision.
