Performs all duties related to document management within Encompass.  In addition, assist in troubleshooting software issues.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage Ellie Mae regular document release notes ensuring Operations and Compliance are kept informed.
  • Create/Maintain a tracking tool for recording all required Encompass documents, last revision date, form numbers, who maintains the document and the packages they are contained in.
  • Design and develop a Document Change Request process.
  • Identify document issues and work with vendor to resolve.
  • Attend regular Investor Update Committee meetings.
  • Ability to create test loans and process the designated milestones in order to properly evaluate quality of our initial, redisclosure and closing packages
  • Maintain plan codes within Encompass for both Initial and Closing Packages.
  • Ensure that alias plan codes are maintained.
  • Create alias plan codes as needed.
  • Update or create custom letters within Encompass custom print forms.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Paperless Solution within Encompass. Including placeholders and stacking lists.
  • Develop tracking tool to organize the underwriting condition database. Also create a process for new requests.
  • Maintain condition sets.
  • Attend regular product development committee meetings
  • Conduct annual audit of initial/closing packages to ensure all documents required are correct and present.
  • Assist in helpdesk ticket support for items relating to Encompass.
  • Assist as back up for other Business Integration Analysts.


  • Experience with creating initial/redisclosure/closing packages
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Overall mortgage document experience
  • Attention to Detail extremely important
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to self-manage/self-start.
  • Ability to work well in teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.




  • Bachelor Degree in related discipline.
  • Prior mortgage experience required
  • 1 year of experience with Encompass
  • 2-5 years of experience with preparing closing packages and/or post-closing





While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to effectively communicate verbally. The employee must be able to effectively operate a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10-15 pounds.  Vision abilities is required by this job include close vision.
